Refund policy

We care about customer experience and gladly accept returns and exchanges!

If you are not happy with an item you received, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. And we ask you to ship item(s) back to us within 14 days of delivery. 

We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours the order has placed. Please contact us for any problems with your order such as change of shipping address or change of quantity of items. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
